Self-esteem is the way we feel about ourselves and sometimes we base that feeling on how we think others feel about us.

The way we think that others see us can be misleading. You need to believe in yourself and not place too much emphasis on how others see you.  Have confidence in your unique abilities, appearance and personality.

Think about your number one best quality. What do you like best about you? Now list four more things that you like about you and write them down – just for you to see.

Now Celebrate and focus on your good qualities

See, you really are someone you and others should like and admire.
