We need strong healthy teeth to eat foods that help us grow strong and healthy. A white and bright smile is always nice too. We want our teeth to last a lifetime as the result of establishing a few small habits now.
We can keep our teeth healthy by brushing two to three times a day and don’t forget to floss. Make sure you see the dentist twice a year for checkups and to take care of your mouth - teeth and gums properly.
Dairy or soy products also provide us with vitamins and minerals that keep our teeth strong and white & bright and shiny.
Healthy kids are no accident - brush at least twice day – eat and drink dairy or soy products and visit the dentist twice a year and you will create strong healthy teeth and a confident smile.
